In the Philippines, the largest mall is SM North EDSA, but MOA is still in construction so, maybe, in coming years MOA will be greater than SM North… But I believe that the largest mall is in Dubai under construction…..

These kind of lists should be updated every six months or so because there is a lot of things changing all the time. Dubai Mall seems to be the largest mall right now in total area but concerning gross-leasable-area it’s not even top 5 in the world.
If I understand the philippine discussion right Trinoma Mall should be the largest considering the retail area but maybe not the largest when it comes to total area. MOA is a mighty big mall. I also wonder about that complex in the eastern part of Manila is it Ayala Malls?
Anyway it is all connected and might be bigger but maybe there is too less floors for getting a big total area.It took a very long time to walk through at least.
