It was a sad day in the world of entertainment when Ottis Redding died in a plane crash at a very young age of 26 in 1967. But his deep voice has so much influenced the world of music that his legacy is still alive in the hearts of numerous people around the world. He was referred to as the “King of Soul” and due to his popularity and greatness he was posthumously inducted into the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” in 1989.
