    What about Corel Paintshop Pro, Adobe Photoshop Elements? I like both these programs and they’re under $100. Another one that a lot of people don’t know about it, but it’s really excellent, is Xara Photo and Graphic Designer, it’s also very reasonably priced for all it can do.
