9. Ryman Auditorium

If you are a country music fan and happen to be visiting Nashville, TN then visiting the Ryman Auditorium is just a must. The shows feel more intimate then the Opry in Nashville because the venue is smaller. Several country singers have performed at the Ryman Auditorium including Vince Gill. There are two types of packages available when visiting the Ryman Auditorium being either a self guided tour or either a backstage tour.

Rather you are in the grocery area or the restaurant area there will always be someone there to help and serve you. The menu is great and the price is decent. Some of the food on the menu includes fried green tomatoes and barbecue. There are lots of other great restaurants in Nashville to pick from but this is one of the most popular ones to try out. 7. The Grand Ole Opry House

A great way to see the Grand Ole Opry house is by going on a tour guide. On the guide you can see all of the dressing rooms and the green room. When you’re on the tour you can also walk on the stage and sing. It’s a great experience for anyone who has ever dreamed of wanting to sing at the Grand Ole Opry house. The Schermerhorn Symphony Center is a beautiful building. You’ll love the Nashville Symphony and will also enjoy the baked goods available. The events vary throughout the week and it’s best to get the schedule and see what’s happening before you visit but regardless as to what type of event you visit, you’ll really enjoy it. 4. Frist Center for the Visual Arts

You’ll be in awe when you visit the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. It’s just sunning. The exhibits change throughout the year and that makes it even more exciting to visit. All of the art is just well displayed. The staff is very helpful and the location is also extremely convenient. One of the best things about the Frist Center for the Visual Arts is that it’s family friendly and has an area located upstairs for people to have a fun hands on experience at the center.

3. Adventure Science Center

The Adventure Science Center is extremely fun and has a variety of exhibits that everyone will enjoy. Many of the exhibits might be geared towards children but still, adults will also enjoy looking at them and learning. Some of the permanent exhibits include the BlueMax, Space Chase and the Adventure Tower. The Adventure Science Center also has temporary exhibits that change throughout the year. The Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art is a beautiful art home museum. Maybe one of the best months to visit the Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art is during April because they have around 100,000 tulips. However, one of the best things about this place is that they have stunning events that happen throughout the year and you’ll always love what you see whenever you visit. This is heaven on earth for the ones who love nature, gardening and flowers. The light show is also something worth checking out if you get a chance. Rocketown was mainly designed for a place that teens could hang out but adults will also find plenty of things to do. Some of the features include skateboarding and video games. Something that all of the family will be able to enjoy is the concerts that they have. A lot more exciting activities happen after school which includes dance, art and even film editing. Michael W.
