10. Drink 8 to 10 classes of Water Daily.

Try to sleep at least 8 hours on a daily basis. Don’t try to be like those who believe that only a few hours of sleep is enough for them. In order to perform at your optimal potential, you always need to take enough sleep.

Try to exercise as much as possible on a daily basis. For those who are on a tight schedule, 10 to 15 minutes of jogging on a daily basis is always more than enough.
